Nichole started cooking and baking as a teenager and evolved that into a food blog, Cookaholic Wife in 2009. For over a decade she consistently shared recipes but realized it was more fun getting to feed people and began participating in farmers markets and craft shows, selling baked goods under Maryland's cottage food laws.

Nichole started a food blog, Cookaholic Wife, in 2009 out of a desire to share recipes with others, but her true passion is getting to feed people so that slowly developed into Cookaholic Wife Confections, a Maryland-based cottage foods business where Nichole gets to bake and share her delicious sweet treats with others. From Jewish apple cake that remind customers of baking with their grandmothers to tasty donut bites to homemade jams, Nichole sells a variety of baked goods and fully stands behind the sentiment that "feeding people makes her happy."
